Tielo is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or force majeure events.

Note: We currently ship directly from our production partners. Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept international returns to minimize environmental impact.
Customers are eligible for a refund or replacement if the item is:

Lost in transit
Not as described
