Materials & Care
Special Cares
Beaded Bracelets (Aracaju, Pipa and Tijuca): Please be careful on the elastic's stretching. Though the material presents good resistance, over stretching it should be avoided.
Silk Bracelets (Fortaleza and Maragogi): Do not pull/stretch the braided part of the bracelet, thus it may cause deformation, making the bracelet loose.
All: For a better durability, storing the bracelets separately on dry places is recommended.
Water Resistance
All bracelets went through testing on water, being left and moved on it for over 24 hours straight and left to dry naturally. No damage to the pieces was observed.
How to Use
Metal Bracelets (Alagoas, Bombinhas, Noronha and Paraty): The bracelets are malleable. you may adjust them on different points along the curve to make it fit as you want. The deformation is reversible.
Ipanema and Tocantins: In between knots, there are a single cord and a double cord. To "open", hold a knot and pull the single cord; one of the two cords will shrink. Do the same to the other side to evenly open.
To adjust the bracelet on your wrist, lay a finger on top of a knot and press it down (if by yourself) or hold a knot (if with someone's help) and, while doing so, pull one of the two cords. On one side, only the top cord will move, while on the other, only the bottom one will. Repeat the process until its tightness reaches your desired point.
