Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping methods and delivery times We offer Standard and Express shipping. Delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Shipping rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free Standard shipping is available on orders over €80.

Duties and taxes All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Any applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Order tracking A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. You can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

Failed deliveries, refused parcels, and returns If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund. For returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility, please see our Refund Policy.
